Farewell

Inside
The flowers of green and blue
Derived from formulas,
Like atomic glue
Which binds us in this universe.
So lost
In prose, its hopeless host,
Naive, benign belief feeds grief.
A fire burns behind the eyes
That I am afraid to pry
Instead I cry and keep them closed.
For better or for worse
Last dreams and hopes
Entwine with wind.
They call me from within,
But what comes back is busy tone
For sadness, lost and lonely in my home,
Already answered one last call
It leads me to the edge
And then it helps my fall...
