One step into abyss
Gun cocks against the bullet's hiss
It would not be unsaid, remiss
To end this superficial bliss
One step into the calm
The river's whisper, balm
A rain's touch on my palm
At last removes thought's spam
One step into unknown
Some rise, intent as strong as stone
And many fall, betrayed, alone
Their wings burned, smiles blown
One step into my life
A million remarks, you verify
An avalanche of well-poised strife
How to endure? How to survive?
Another step into abyss
Devoid of calm, so full of rage
Unknown I shall quit life's stage
With burdened lifeless hiss.
